Five Day Training Camp April 20-24 – Registration
Training Camps include:
Accommodation – Four nights accommodation at the Parkside Hotel and Spa.
Meals – All meals prepared by Canadian Olympic Triathlon chef Cosmo Meens (includes four breakfasts, four lunches, and four dinners)
Three multi-element training rides – Coached rides will include speed drills and race simulation, hill climbing, and time trialing/endurance.
Recovery Rides – four optional recovery rides at proper recovery pace
Daily yoga/stretching sessions – bike-specific sessions led by certified yoga instructor
Strength and Conditioning – CHEK certified trainer will conduct initial physiological assessment, two hour gym session and develop individual base corrective exercise programs
