Our guided road bike tour through the District of Highlands will include a trip up Munn Road, loved by some, detested by others, begrudgingly tolerated by the rest of us. The climb is 8.5 km long, climbs a total of 235 m and has an average grade of 3%. Our bikes are equipped with a low range of 34×28, so plenty of easy pedaling. The reward is a fabulous descent and a spin through beautiful northern deciduous rainforest along the winding, rolling Ross Durance Road. It’s narrow and twisty, but a heap of fun. From there, we head over to Matticks Farm and return to Victoria via the beautiful Waterfront Route.
