REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy is as follows:

Cycling Kit/Clothing – You can get a full refund if the items are unworn and, in the case of cycling kit, unopened (shipping charges will not be refunded).

Used Bicycles  – We will give you a store credit in an amount equal to the purchase price of a used bicycle within seven days of purchase, provided it is in the same condition as when purchased (shipping charges will not be refunded).
